Prior to meeting Kara my wife and I had spent almost three months looking for a rental property that met our criteria to no avail. Within 72 hours of meeting Kara she found us a wonderful home that was exactly what we were looking for!!!

At the time we were living on the west coast and she worked tirelessly to research the properties extensively and on extremely short notice and even FaceTime us in as she drove around town to look at properties for us! She took so much stress off of our plate because we knew she had our best interest at heart and fought for exactly what we were looking for. Moreover, she went above and beyond (and continues to) to not only find us an amazing property, but all the while taking the time to get to know us and help us get acquainted with the town and make this place feel like home! We can truly say that we don't just feel like her client, but her friend! The only downside to the whole thing is that we can't take her with us as our next realtor when we leave Maryland in a year or two :)
