As a first-timer, the home buying process can seem pretty daunting. However, Diane helped to make it a very positive experience. Before we began touring homes, she provided me with detailed information about things to consider during the home search. As we saw homes, Diane shared her insight regarding key components (e.g. electrical panel, plumbing materials), details that are good for resale, and decorating ideas (e.g. paint color, flooring). Throughout the process, she ensured that I didn’t sway from what I wanted in a home. Diane always provided prompt responses to my texts/emails.
